Considering the cable loom is complicated enough with too much branches, we proposed to change the common correguated tube to be the special automotive split taping.
By binding the many wires and cables into a cable harness, the wires and cables can be better secured against the adverse effects of vibrations, abrasions and moisture. Binding the wires into a flame-retardant sleeve also lowers the risk of electrical fires.

Product Details
01 The mainly wires used in this harness is #TXL from local suppliers. TXL wire is extra thin compared with GXL wire, it is a stranded, single-conductor, copper wire with cross-linked polyethylene insulation. Due to its extra thin wall, it features a low weight and insulation thickness. Thus, TXL wire is a primary automotive wire used for applications that require a lightweight wire of small diameter. It is rated to SAE J-1128, Ford (M1L-123A) and Chrysler (MS-8288) specifications.
TXL Wire is the perfect choice for automative application where heat and flame resistance are a stringent requirement, such as in the engine compartment of vehicles. The smooth finish makes it resistant to moisture, oil, gasoline, grease and most acids and solvents. The minimal diameter and weight of the TXL extra thin wire is ideal for tight spaces.
02 All components from original DEUTCH, also the littlle fuse box. Deutsch DT series one of P/N we used is 1011-349-1205 for Dust Cap, with integral mounting lug, fits all DT06-12S Plugs to provide waterproof protection for plug when not in use. The DT series dust caps are designed to provide protection for the connector interface when the two halves are not mated. Plastisol or thermoplastic dust caps are available for several DEUTSCH DT connector configurations.
03 The fuse box from littlefuse with 18 cavities that accept 2.8mm fuse and relay components and is the perfect fit for accessory circuits and overflow circuits from your main Power Distribution module. The user can customize their own circuitry utilizing direct wire-to-component connections which are crimped to the wire harness with grommets to seal the bottom of the module. Available with steel mounting bracket, refer to the picture. Module snaps into bracket, and is held at 30° angle or 90° angle (bracket dependent) to allow easy viewing and servicing.
