01 For this auotomotive wire harness, we used special raw cables LAPP 1119212 12conductors,1mm2, belongs to OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 series,unscreened, with oil resistance, common European control cable, Conforms to CE/VDE standards, Available with inner jacket and tinned copper braid for EMI & RFI protection, Pressure extruded jacket for improved flexibility, applied for control systems, Assembly lines, Control panels, Data processing e quipment and other European influenced machinery specifications.

02 DEUTSCH DT housings are available in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12 pin counts and use size 16 DEUTSCH contacts, each with 13-amp continuous capacity. The housings feature an integrated latch for mating. This specification covers the requirements for application of DEUTSCH DT series connector system. In this automovive wire harness, DT Series connector DT06-12SA, DT06-08SA, DT04-2P also mated wedge, W12S orange, W2-S orange, WS-P Green. The plug and receptacle each consist of a housing and secondary wedge lock, dummy pin, cover, The secondary wedge
lock is used to ensure that the contact is fully seated and secure in the connector. The connector and
the secondary wedge lock are fitted separately. These connectors feature integral latch-style
mating. The 8 & 12 pin arrangements feature integral keying and are color-coded. The Deutsch DT Series offers one of the most secure and water-tight connections on the market. DEUTSCH DT wedgelocks help confirm proper contact alignment within each connector. They are assembled at the mating interface and press into place. Wedgelocks are required components for all DEUTSCH DT housings.
