01 We provide quick-turn injection molding by many types of materials, like ABS,  PA66, PBT, TPU, TPE, PVC, PE, NYLON 6,  PC, etc.  Our advantages in internal prototyping, bridge tooling and short-run manufacturing, which can eliminate the costly and time-consuming for customers a lot. After customer approved 3D drawing, we can test it by 3D printer first, then move on for formal tooling once confirmed ok. And all  related materials, logo, color or finishes can be chosed as customers' requirement.

02 There are many types of connectors that have been used in electric bicycle systems, but no real standardization on connector type or pinout. Choose the right connectors for convenience, safety and longevity for e-bikes systems is an important role for connecting your wires. After our first few years dealing with ebike kits and the myriad of plug types we made a decision in 2008 to standardize all of our systems to use just two connector series, Anderson Powerpoles for the high current connections (battery and motor phase leads) and JST-SM connectors for any small signal wires.

03 SM series connectors popular using on e-bikes, it  is a fairly compact (0.1"" pitch) wire to wire connector that has a latch and works excellent for small signals and accessory power up to about 2 amps. This connector is available from 2 pin to 8 pin, making it very versatile for all of the hall sensor, throttle, ebrake, thermistor, PAS, and other multi-pin plugs present in an ebike system.

04 The connector has the further advantage that you can probe the voltage on the pins while the connectors is plugged in, making it invaluable during troubleshooting . On the downsides, this connector is not waterproof, and extensive exposure to water can cause the pins to corrode somewhat, especially any pin with a positive DC voltage on it. Our experience is that even after years of use riding in rainy Vancouver, the connection still remains largely reliable even if the metal pins may look a little weathered.
