Aichie Tech Electronics is a cost effective manufacturer specialized in custom molded cable assemblies and wire harnesses. We engage in design, development, production and supply into a wide range of industries including Automotive,  Electronics, Telecommunication and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

2. How many years does your company produce wire harnesses?

8 years! we built a factory to produce wire harness in May 2010, after many years development, the factory is growing bigger,  we changed the business type from a factory to a limited company in 2014. We are not big but we are flexible. We have a very professional team to serve our customers, until now we have sold products to more than 30 countries.

4. How does your company ensure the quality?

We are an ISO9001/ISO14001 certificated company, we use CKP, PFMEA to manage our production process. All our materials are RoHS 2.0 compliant and all products are 100% tested before shipping.  Auto harness is produced under the standard of TS16949. Each auto harness can provide PPAP documents to customers.

5. How does your company ensure on time delivery?

(1). Sample requirements and orders will be entered in ERP system immediately.

(2). Each project has a project leader. Leader is in charge of products quality, on time delivery.

(3). General Manager was a salesman, he always put customers requirement at first, all departments give big support to Sales Dept.

(4). Many materials are purchased from local, famous brand components has long term cooperation suppliers.

(5). In peak season, can arrange two-shift operation. 

(6). We can get 20-30% express cost discount from Fedex, UPS, TNT and DHL.
